You’re a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM?) who’s been introduced to the Scrum Values, practices, and applications. The next step in your Agile journey is to achieve your Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) certification. This course goes beyond the basics of scrum and broadens your impact by unlocking advanced techniques. You’ll be better equipped to navigate the needs of your organization and teams with the skills you learn in this certification course.

This course has been approved for 16 SEUs | 16 PDUs | 16 CDUs

This class is open to anyone looking to advance their CSM skills and has met the following requirements: 1) an active CSM certification with the Scrum Alliance 2) completed the A-CSM course (e.g. this class) via a Scrum Alliance-approved trainer 3)at least 12 months of documented experience as a ScrumMaster.

  • Have an active CSM certification with the Scrum Alliance
  • At least 12 months of experience as a Scrum Master within the past five years
  • Facilitate better dialogue between the Product Owner, Scrum Team members, customers, stakeholders, and executives
  • Learn to respond confidently when encountering resistance to change, lack of engagement, low motivation, and unavailability of key people
